This upscale little restaurant is a rising star in the Sacramento dining scene. The décor is warm and simple with a wine-country theme. The seasonal menu features the best of Californian ingredients, like fritters made from Sonoma County goat cheese and a salad of local mizuna. Service can be slow, but perhaps it’s the staff’s way of giving customers an opportunity to relax and savor selections from the extensive wine list.
