The Guild offers progressive California cuisine, including dishes like wild mushroom bruschetta with quail egg, crimini & oyster mushrooms; bone marrow with braised beef tongue, caramelized onions, gremolata, and crispy shallots; and striped bass with ginger, scallion and peanut miso sauce, plus corn, edamame, bell pepper, and bread crumbs. Owner Diego Leporini is also the restaurant's wine director. Expect an extensive list of wines by the bottle and glass, including varietals from international boutique producers and a robust collection from California.
