Amar Santana (Broadway by Amar Santana, Vaca) and business partner Ahmed Labbate have launched The Hall Global Eatery, a food hall and marketplace set inside South Coast Plaza. Guests can expect to find French baked goods, sandwiches, salads, Mediterranean dishes and more in a fast-casual setting. Meanwhile, a full-service dining experience is available at Crudo, a shellfish and charcuterie bar that also offers cocktails and wines from around the world.
