This 57th Street branch of the worldwide chain is a spectacle and there is almost always a line. But the bouncers don’t turn anyone away, so if you can wait it out, you’ll be rewarded inside with rock music blasted at a formidable decibel level, a guitar-shaped bar, good burgers and great lime-grilled chicken, and the famous, enormous collection of rock-and-roll memorabilia from every musician from Chubby Checker to Bruce Springsteen.
