Chef Michael Schwartz (Michael's Genuine Food & Drink) has expanded his casual pizzeria concept with a location in Coconut Grove. Nothing beats a starter like polenta fries (crisp-outside, creamy within) with house ketchup laced with garlic and chiles. Pizzas sport aromatic blistered crusts with toppings such as rock shrimp and manchego; black truffle; and slow roasted short rib with caramelized onions.
