The Harvest Vine Restaurant Review:
Chef Joey Serquinia turns out an array of Spanish tapas and paellas, all made with authentic ingredients. The chef and his able staff bob and weave in a smoothly choreographed dance, sautéing blood sausages and grilling octopus, fresh sardines and lamb loin chops. Try a selection of red and golden beets finished with sherry wine and garlic dressing, cured Spanish chorizo topped with chocolate shavings, and braised squid. Steamed clams, grilled beef and seared foie gras are also delicately prepared. Desserts are the domain of the owner and pastry chef Carolin Messier, who develops dishes using an eclectic as well as a classic Spanish approach. A wine list of Northwest varietals complements the menu.
