Hatsuhana Restaurant Review:

In spite of growing competition, this has long been considered one of the top sushi destinations in the city. With sushi bars and seating on both the first and second floors, diners can indulge their passion for raw fish or choose from selections from the regular menu. The standards offered here may change weekly but include the expected tempura as well as chicken and salmon teriyaki. Reservations are highly recommended during the busy lunch hour but if you're lucky you might find a seat at one of the bars or at a table by the window. The fish is always fresh --- try the fluke, the chopped yellowtail flounder dotted with scallions and the mackerel with pickled ginger in a white radish wrapping.
