Located in the artsy Mission West district of quaint South Pas is this venture from pastry chef Sally Cook. Freshly baked breads, scones and tarts quickly grab one's attention in the modern, brightly colored café. One can start their day with a mushroom-and-cheese-stuffed croissant and well-made coffee drinks, or indulge with a homemade Hostess-inspired cupcake. Other savory options include an artichoke quiche, a rare roast beef sandwich with blue cheese, and a roasted portobello mushroom pizza. There's also an old-fashioned Cobb salad and daily changing soups available.
