Hey Mambo Restaurant Review:

Hey Mambo’s colorful interior is bedecked with swaths of orange and red and other bright hues, giving it a fun, lively feel. What comes out of the kitchen is similarly upbeat, with dishes from all over the globe. Choose from the seafood items, though, and you won’t be disappointed. Start with a selection of crudo, of which the sesame-soy-drizzled tuna is the best. Pan-seared scallops are well prepared (that is, not tamped down with sauces), and the oven-roasted swordfish is flaky and wading in an addictive saffron broth. Desserts are fairly standard, but the crème brûlée hits the spot. There are several affordable wines by the glass and a few creative house cocktails to complement the food.
