Legend has it that the day after the University of Wisconsin played the UNLV football squad at Sam Boyd Stadium back in 1997, Badger fans stayed around here long enough to watch the Packers defeat the Bears via satellite TV and drink this friendly Midwestern-style roadhouse dry---before breakfast dishes were cleared from the tables. Small wonder. The central theme of Holy Cow! is, of course, cows; three varieties of bratwurst are on the menu; and the beer from the in-house microbrewery is good enough to make any cheesehead homesick. Everyone else will enjoy the ample selection of bar food and several tasty beers. You can even take a tour of the brewery. The place jumps when football is on the tube.
