It is under the direction of chefs Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Favero. Taglioni with seafood and citrus, squids stuffed with pan-fried scampis, and osso buco with Jerusalem artichokes and gremolata sauce figure on the menu. For desserts, famous Pierre Hermé reinterprets the Italian classics such as the panna cotta and the tiramisu. |
