Enrico Bernardo, the world's best sommelier in 2004, presides over this wine bar. His establishment, at once refined and intimate, has a half-moon counter that separates the dining room into two halves. On both sides, easy customers amuse themselves with a menu that lists only glasses of wine. The chef pairs each glass with a surprise plate: sturgeon carpaccio for the Pouilly-Fumé of A. Cailbourdin; boletus mushroom risotto for the Barbaresco of chez Pelissero; a citrus-fruit cheesecake for the Moscato d'Asti. Intoxicating and unique. Menu for €75 and €150.
