Always filled with an enthusiastic group of tourists and locals, J. Paul's Georgetown somehow never feels crowded and always feels inviting. While you're waiting for a table at this saloon, the bar is accommodating, and windows offer a delightful opportunity to people-watch. Sandwiches, large salads and seasonal seafood offerings are favorites, as are the burgers. The brunch menu is an all-American food feast, with everything from steak and eggs to crispy fried chicken on a Belgian waffle with maple syrup. Tuesdays are beer and burger nights, but you can always find well-crafted cocktails at any time.
