THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED Serving Prime aged steaks as well as an assortment of seafood selections, this steakhouse has an extensive wine collection, too, which is showcased in the restaurant lobby. Appetizers include oysters Montgomery and wild mushroom crisp, a blend of sautéed wild mushrooms, asparagus spears, roasted red pepper and Maytag Blue with a snap of phyllo. Entrées range from vegetarian pasta and twin lobster tails to filet mignon and rack of lamb. For dessert, try the profiteroles---vanilla ice cream sandwiched between puff pastry and drowned in a warm chocolate ganache.
