Joe's Ginger Restaurant Review:

This diminutive 12-table eatery is little more than an annex to catch the spillover from nearby Joe’s Shanghai, but that’s not a bad thing. Especially when the legendary soup dumplings, which arrive in batches of eight and are filled with shrimp, pork and crab, keep diners satisfied long after the check has been paid. And while the main draw is the dumplings, other dishes can sparkle, such as the scallion pancake and sticky rice with pork wrapped in a bamboo leaf. Adventurous eaters will be happy to see dishes like braised sea cucumber, fish head casserole, jelly fish, and sliced kidneys on the menu. Service can be a bit gruff, but once the dumplings and other dishes are presented, nothing else will matter.
