THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Joe's Noodle House Restaurant Review:
After a change in ownership, this little place retains its charm, but the menu has undergone a radical change, from all-Chinese to a mix of Chinese and a few Korean dishes. Probably the best time to eat here is weekend mornings, when the kitchen pulls off an array of northern Chinese dim sum dishes, from sweet soy milk and sesame balls to turnip cakes and fried dumplings. We also recommend the scallion crêpe, the least oily and puffiest one weve enjoyed. Also good are the beef chow fun and the cold sesame noodles with shredded chicken. You can skip the predictable lemon chicken and maybe sample the duck tongue with basil. At lunch, dont be surprised to find a handful of Thai dishes.
