This sleek-looking venue located in the Anaheim Marriott is a classically dark, subdued eatery with a fireplace and flourishes of color. It's the kind of place that may appeal to road warriors that are conducting business at the adjacent Anaheim Convention Center, but beware: the restaurant is only open when the hotel is at high occupancy, so call ahead for opening dates and times. The menu offers fresh seafood, quality beef, traditional side dishes and fresh baked breads in its classic and dignified atmosphere. Start with Maryland crab cakes or the thinly sliced salmon with capers. Or, try the Prime bone-in rib-eye with a side of grilled vegetables and white cheddar mac ‘n’ cheese. A baked-to-order soufflé is the most common way to end the meal. The gentlemen’s library room off of the dining room is a fine place to indulge in good wine and after-dinner whiskey drinks.
