Kabob n Karahi Restaurant Review:
This decidedly casual eatery offers assorted Indian-Pakistani dishes, prepared by a kitchen that stresses the halal aspect of its food. As you would expect, kebabs play a big role here, but don’t overlook any of the curries, many highlighted as daily specials. Wednesday’s special is kofta curry (curried meatballs) served over rice and with a large wheel of fresh naan. The grilled lamb chops, however, were singularly unimpressive and not worth their hefty price tag---well, hefty considering that most dishes cost less than $10. You can round out the meal with sides such as dal and, for dessert, rasmalai, balls of curdled milk soaking in sweetened rose water. Bring the whole family to enjoy good food at bargain prices.
