Persian cook and caterer Partoo Hagian Golesorkhi and master kebab chef Alborz have relocated to Great Falls from Vienna, and the locals must be celebrating. Noted for her great Persian foods and pastries, Golesorkhi has slightly updated her restaurant menu so that it offers numerous kebab dishes---we adore her subtly seasoned and juicy kubideh kebabs---and she’s included several Persian sandwiches and some western and Persian salads. Ask about specials of the day, and if her rich, filling aush (a Persian vegetable soup) is available, order one to eat and one to go. Add some Persian pastries and an order of creamy Persian rice pudding, minus the rosewater.
