Be prepared for a crowd at this hip SoHo Asian eatery --- the noodles are in demand and so are the seats. For a starter, dip fresh Vietnamese summer rolls stuffed with shrimp into a tamarind sauce or nibble on crispy duck salad with mint and roasted rice.
