THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Keo's Thai Cuisine Restaurant Review:

Adorned with freshly cut tropical flowers and bronze statues, Keo's in Waikiki replicates the Thai aesthetic so commonly found in the Land of A Thousand Smiles. The menu, too, reflects the flavors of the Southeast Asian country. Perhaps the most well known dish is the evil jungle prince, an addictive blend of chicken or shrimp with fresh basil, coconut milk and fresh chilies, set on a bed of chopped cabbage---there’s a lot of Laotian influence at work here. Especially on a warm Honolulu evening, the varied salads can make up a nice dinner. Try the sweetly refreshing green papaya, the enticingly named naked shrimp and the misnamed crispy fish salad (which should be called curry-paste fish). The curries are uniformly first-rate---we like the green curries best, filled with plenty of fresh basil from Keo’s own farm.
