Kincaid's Restaurant Review

: Executive chef Simon Zatyrka offers a standard menu of steaks, chops and seafood. An ever-changing specialty menu that draws from Pacific Rim, fusion and California influences is available as well. The full bar is impressive not only for its selection of wines (700 bottles) and single-malt scotches, but also for its striking design. All of the bottles are shelved on a floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall; bartenders often have to climb a ladder and scoot back and forth along the wall to find a specific choice. On Sundays, the restaurant offers half-priced bottles of wine.
