THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Kingfish Restaurant Review:

This ballpark-adjacent restaurant has an approachable Cajun menu with unexpected insertions of Asian cuisine. It also has a notable wine list and excellent lime vodka mojitos. Seafood prevails, and includes fresh oysters and appetizers like baked oysters Bubba or tasty but pricey crab poppers, bite-size crab cakes that rest on a bed of rémoulade. The warm napa cabbage salad is a decadent mix of bacon, mushrooms and blue cheese. Lunchtime and casual diners will enjoy the large selection of po' boys and burgers, while those on a lo-carb diet have their own dedicated section. Corn-fed Angus beef figures prominently on the menu, like a delightfully tender skirt steak in a house-made teriyaki sauce. Desserts showcase some N'awlins influence, like puffy beignets, although these have more cinnamon than the traditional powdered sugar. The main dining room includes an authentic Garden District fountain in the middle, spacious booths flanking each side, but the most notable feature is the behemoth TV screen playing Giants games on the side wall.
