Nightlife legend Dave Grutman takes a bite into the restaurant business with Komodo in Brickell. It’s a posh Asian experience that goes from dinner to party as the night progresses. The tri-level space clocking in at 17,000 square feet is meant to resemble a playful and modern tree-house. The menu is a solid representation of what you'd expect of the China Grill family (Grutman's partner is Jeffrey Chodorow): dim sum, Peking duck, tuna porterhouse, vegetable salad and wasabi shrimp.
