We favor the classic Cuban combination of house-cooked roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, tomato, lettuce and chopped fresh jalapeño peppers with or without mojo sauce. Other Cuban sandwiches, all on lightly toasted Cuban bread, include salami, ham, turkey and roast beef. The sandwiches are big and if cut in half could satisfy two.
