Dining here is informal at best, though an attractive and incense-laden Buddha watches over the utilitarian dining room. Vegetarian M&M refers to mushrooms cooked with sea moss, a tiny seaweed-like vegetable that raises the dish from the ordinary. Vegetarian eel contains crispy pieces of eel (actually mushrooms) tossed with bean sprouts. Be sure to try the dim sum.
