La Cave à Michel Restaurant Review:

This pleasant bar in the Belleville area is presided over by Romain Tischenko, chef of Le Galopin, along with his brother Maxime and Fabrice Mansouri. Up to 300 biodynamic wines are sold here to take away. Amid hip and young patrons, nibble finely seasoned tapas on a counter, such as crusty leeks in vinaigrette sauce with trout eggs or smoked herring with potatoes and horseradish cream. This is definitely a good place to be to start an evening in a relaxed atmosphere.
