Gérard Idoux of La Cigale has taken over the glowing space where retired Martin Cantegrit presided for over thirty years. A privileged location on a shady pedestrian passage in the chic 7th arrondissement, the restaurant and its coveted terrace still attract notable personalities from Paris' literary milieu around a morel mushroom or camembert soufflé, a steak tartare, or a beef filet grilled in basil.
