This Mexican cuisine is not only inexpensive but it's especially flavorful as well. All of the food is cooked with pure vegetable oil---no lard, thank you---and the sauces, tamales, rice and beans are vegetarian. Try one of the juicy burritos, chimichangas, or plates of fajitas. Then combine that with a tasty margarita, and you'll be singing all the way home.
