: This may be Chino, but the look here is bohemian Paris, with a décor that includes murals of iconic landmarks, theatrical crystal chandeliers and a lively bar scene. This branch of a Long Beach favorite offers crêpes in every savory and sweet form, with influences from around the globe thrown in for fun. After snacking on moules marinière, calamari or lobster bisque, diners primarily tuck into generously stuffed crêpes, including a traditional ham-and-cheese, wild mushroom and chicken in sherry cream, and Italian-inspired carbonara in a Parmesan cream sauce. Our main complaint is that many of these are unnecessarily heavily sauced. Other options include steak frites, and chicken Cordon Bleu. A variety of sweet crêpes --- filled with everything from tiramisu to bananas flambée --- is offered for dessert, and the wine list is very affordable. Other locations. |
