This Atlanta-based corporation doesn’t stamp out cookie-cutter restaurants. Each one looks and feels different. This location looks like a border cantina. Start with a chile con queso, melted white cheese with onions, tomatoes, chiles and spices. The original is delicious and quite picante thanks to the chiles, but the spinach version is equally good. Chips are fresh and baskets combine regular yellow corn chips plus red- and blue-corn chips. For vegetarians, the black bean soup is a good opening choice, swirled with a smoked yellow pepper sauce. Good salsa, chunky with chopped tomatoes, onions and cilantro, also is picante, deeply seasoned with tangy pepper. Soups stand out, such as the sopa de tortillas. And fish and chicken dishes make top of the mark. Vegetarians will find lots to like.
