La Pepica Restaurant Review:

Since its opening in 1898, La Pepica has been a favorite of Spanish royalty and it was once frequented by Ernest Hemingway. (The restaurant was mentioned in the author's notes for The Dangerous Summer, which was published posthumously.) Today, it is still famous for its paellas. Variations include the signature Pepica's paella, seafood, lobster and Valencian (chicken and rabbit).
