La Table du Baltimore Restaurant Review:

Halfway between the Arc de Triomphe and the Trocadéro, this restaurant inside the Hôtel Baltimore Paris provides discretion and comfort. The dining room features woodwork, mirrors, banquettes and a nice collection of drawings. Breton chef Jean-Philippe Pérol served his apprenticeship at Le Meurice and Le Pré Catelan, two dazzling restaurants in Paris. The fare is traditional, but cautiously open to creativity. His dishes might include ginger coated John Dory; duck foie gras wrapped in Serrano ham; and a dessert trio of passion fruit tiramisu, exotic fruit minestrone and crispy coconut. There is also a market menu that changes every day. A large selection of wines by the glass is available.
