Land of Sushi Restaurant Review:

Land of Sushi is a suburban sanctuary for raw fish. Sleek, fashionably lit and staffed by friendly servers, it's always bustling with regulars smitten by the sea of marvels that dot the menu and specials board. Some nights there will be monkfish liver, and it's a must if it's available. Other times it's live scallops composed with painterly garnishes. Sushi boats are ideal for groups, and they, too, are assembled artistically. But while sushi is the star here, we also recommend the cooked items, most notably the bluefin tuna collar, roasted, served on the bone and paired with sauces. A selection of Japanese beers, plus a lineup of hot and cold saké, rounds out the beverage program. And while desserts aren't groundbreaking, fried bananas and mochi ice cream confections are available.
