Stewart and her team of culinary experts are developing seasonal dinner, weekend brunch and holiday menus that feature signature menu items created from sourcing seasonal, high-quality ingredients from various purveyors including the Las Vegas Farmers Market, Dartagnan Inc., Urbani Truffles, Roe Caviar, Frog Hollow Farm, Jasper Hill Farm and Vermont Creamery, among others. Legendary New York steakhouse Peter Luger is coming to Caesars Palace, opening at the end of 2022 in the former space of Rao’s next to MR CHOW. It will mark the first domestic expansion in more than 60 years for the restaurant which opened its doors in Brooklyn in 1887, and will be its first U.S. location outside of New York and join other locations in Great Neck, Long Island and Tokyo. The iconic German beer hall setting has become famous for its oak-topped tables, notoriously gruff bow-tied waitstaff and USDA-Prime steaks. The family owners still follow in matriarch Marsha Forman’s tradition of hand-selecting the best selection of USDA Prime beef, which are then sent to on-site dry-ageing facilities and aged under carefully regulated temperature and humidity conditions. Peter Luger Steak House, 3570 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas, NV 89109, 702-731-7110, 877-427-7243.
