Everyone knows that in Morocco the kitchen is the woman's domain, but Benjamin Eljaziri is above all a professional. While he interprets tradition successfully (grouper with mangoes), he also serves excellent couscous in a delicately infused broth, and fine Moroccan pastries. Decorated with mosaics and ornamental plasterwork, the dining room is perfectly lovely; so is the service.
