Griffin attorney Dwayne Singleton, his wife Leah, and their daughter Layne (called Laynie-Bug from birth) together envisioned their dream ice cream shop, which sits next door to his law office. High Road Craft Ice Cream makes all the organic ice creams and sorbets, including many custom crafted flavors that are exclusive to this little outpost of heavenly tastes. Of course, standard High Road flavors also are available, such as Caffeine and Cacao, for which coffee beans and cacao are blended in a vanilla base. Salted caramel, bourbon burnt sugar, and spicy Aztec Chocolate are other signature High Road flavors.
