Le Copenhague Restaurant Review:
This Danish enclave is perhaps the last high-class restaurant on the Champs-Élysées, the last to survive the onslaught of hamburger chains, pizzerias, and other fast-food eateries. In the muted atmosphere of the upstairs dining room, salmon is featured in myriad guises, of course, but there is also marinated herring, red tuna and Rossini beef, reindeer filet lightly smoked and roasted, served with seasonal vegetables and fruit. And there’s plenty of Danish aquavit to wash it all down (but watch the tab!). Elegant but impersonal service.
