One can find many Vietnamese restaurants in Little Saigon, but this one is unusually good, with French, Vietnamese and fusion dishes. It seems everyone from the Vietnamese community dines here, both for business and with the family, in this casual, yet lively spot. You can watch chef-owner Ha work her magic in the open-air kitchen. The spring rolls with hoisin-peanut dipping sauce are a must to start. Your best bet is the fresh seafood, such as steamed mussels from Prince Edward Island, crispy soft shell crabs and shrimp soup. All are served with fragrant Thai-style rice and infused with exotic flavors such as coconut, lemon grass, peppers, shallots and herbes de Provence. Although no alcohol is served, any number of drinks---from fresh lemonade to young coconut soda---ought to refresh you.
