The charming patronne offers a warm welcome that prepares you for the delights of Guy Espagnacq's cuisine. Its regional accents can be found in the duck breast persillé and foie gras accompanied by a lentil salad seasoned with wine vinegar, or the sautéed monkfish with clams and curry. The crème anglaise (egg custard sauce) with coffee beans concludes a meal that can be washed down by a Haut-Médoc from Château Potensac.
