This restaurant near the Saint-Ouen flea market, or Marché aux Puces, takes great pleasure in serving delectable, classic bistro cooking in an animated ambience reminiscent of an old French film. The rib steak with fries, savored at the bar with a bottle of the owner's latest discovery, sets the tone of the warm welcome that presides here.
