The menu changes regularly, according to the catch of the day and the seasonal products. Depending on the time of the year, it may include potato velouté with soft-boiled egg and pork ventreche, braised beef cheek with vegetables, and caramelized apples with shortbread biscuit and vanilla ice cream.
