After a day exploring the museums of Florence it’s time to relax with a glass of wine. Just around the corner from Uffizi Gallery and a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio is this wine bar where tasting the products of the best vineyards in Italy is a good excuse for snacking on a full range of cheeses, sausages and vegetable dishes. Try one of the crostini, such as the toasted Tuscan bread with diced tomatoes and melted Asiago. You may also choose to order one of the sandwiches, like the version with porcini mushrooms and truffle spread accompanied by a side of roasted vegetables or a carpaccio of thinly sliced smoked pork. If you want to make life easy, take one of the tasting platters that come in various assortments. When the weather is nice you may prefer to sit on the terrace where reservations for a table could be necessary.
