The blond wood paneling adds to the sense of intimacy in this very Parisian bistro packed with celebrities --- which is good for the restaurant since they can afford the prices. Classic dishes include escargots served in a soup, roasted scallops or calf’s head accompanied, of course, with its sauce gribiche. Finish with the house-made chocolate mousse. A très chic stop before or after a visit to next-door Musée d’Orsay.
