Les Petites Sorcières -- Ghislaisne Arabian Restaurant Review:
Ghislaine Arabian has enjoyed the Christmas holidays in gaining recognition again in Paris. With modesty, that had made the fame of La Table de Joël Robuchon, she has laid down his casseroles in a chic bistro near the town hall of the 14th arrondissement. You'll find the restaurant a tranquil corner where she she proposes at lunch, a simple and effective brasserie fare (leek soup, oil-soaked fillets of smoked herrings on a bed of potatoes, poached haddock), and at dinner, a more showy menu, in the manner of grey shrimp croquettes or leek tarts. The desserts are somewhat sinful, but pleasurable.
