It’s a good place to include a cheese plate in your plans, since the selection of cheeses is well chosen and well cared for. We always enjoy the pâté and other French cold cuts before a meal of coq au vin, boeuf bourguignon or any of the many classic French preparations of chicken, veal or seafood. With its Country French atmosphere---attributable, in large part, to huge quanities of bric-à-brac---and old-fashioned menu, Liaison is charming, if not cutting edge.
