Liberty Burger Restaurant Review:

Liberty Burger is a bright and pleasant fast-casual spot in North Dallas with a menu of a dozen burgers topped with gourmet goodies. Burgers are comprised of six-ounce patties served on buns supplied by a local artisanal bakery. The Napa is a bold ride with Gorgonzola, arugula and chopped green olives. There's a turkey burger with marinated cucumbers, and a lamb burger with spinach, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce. We also like the veggie burger, made with grains, garbanzo beans and hummus and served on a whole-wheat bun. Milk shakes include not only your basic vanilla, chocolate and strawberry varieties, but also sophisticated rotating flavors, such as caramel with sea salt or Nutella with graham cracker. Beer, wines by the glass and margaritas are available, too.
