The Montcalm Hotel is a delightful place for tea, just north of Oxford Street near Marble Arch and set in a gracious crescent. Taking tea à la carte in the comfortable Library Bar, sitting on large sofas, includes a posh sandwich “collection” plus all the usual trimmings and the likes of lemon tart and fresh strawberries with cream.
