This gallery-restaurant concept combines art, such as a hand-crafted Murano glass chandelier, with inventive cooking. Light snacks are available at the bar, such as rotisserie sliders of chicken, egg and bacon served on baguettes, black sea bass crudo (pair it with a glass of Pinot Grigio), lamb skewers and German pretzels. The main dining room's menu features a 20-ounce bone-in rib-eye, roasted scallops, a half chicken, and a sampling of dumplings (think wild mushroom with porcini cream and shiitake chips). Dessert include sour cherry bread pudding made with caramelized white chocolate, as well as ricotta cheesecake, banana pudding and rhubarb-rosewater custard. The global wine list presents South American, South African and Californian offerings as well as Old World labels and adventurous boutiques from Europe. The by-the-glass program features 20 domestic and international selections that often rotate to reflect the regions of exhibiting artists.
