Little B Restaurant Review:
After a stint in the Crillon, Dominique Bouchet opened a gastronomic restaurant under his own name in 2004. Now he owns three premises in the rue Treilhard, not far from Monceau Park. The latter, Little B, is a chic self-service establishment. In a spare environment with white walls and red chairs, one chooses among tantalizing marinated salmon with celeriac rémoulade; a bento box including sushis, makis and pork slices (as the national Japanese snack); juicy and flavorful flank steak in shallot sauce with green beans; and a passable tiramisu and chocolate mousse. It only opens at lunch and serves up a combo for €16,50 and a menu for €21,50.
